![]() It has been impossible to motivate myself enough to add to these blethers for a long time. The ongoing prohibiting of dancing due to Covid has meant that the connecting core running through the group was missing, however the successful Christmas quiz night/get together held at the Elea last year showed that members and friends are keen to keep the Group going. The energy is starting to flow again and after nervous moments when the last government announcements were made it's now all steam ahead for Burns Night. We are limited to 50 seats only so it was only fair that members and previous attendees should be given first option but there are still a few seats left so hopefully we may see some new faces too. If you haven't already contacted Irene to be added to the list it's advisable to do it soon! If you'd like to see what previous Burns Night Celebrations were like click the link HERE or search via the Past Events page above. If you can't make the Burns Night but are interested in the St Andrew Group there is to be a Group meeting (in place of the annual Society AGM) at the UKCA on 19th March, for an amazing €8 including welcome tea/coffee and a meal. More information will follow.
