All the dances are taught/walked through prior to dancing, but if you wish to come a little earlier to go through some of the steps and formations before the start then you are very welcome to join us from 5.30pm onwards (though you may also end up helping to move the furniture!).

Guide to Colours -
Green - have a go even if you haven't danced before - minimal or very easy formations or it's a slow one
Darker Green- usually a faster dance or slow with more 'named' formations but okay for most people, especially with a 'good' partner.
Blue - May be unfamiliar to the class, have more complex formations and/or be much faster than some of class normally enjoy.
Red - Challenging - not for the fainthearted !
