Phew, what a night! A few weeks ago with the weather a bit cooler it would have been a mildly challenging programme, now with the evenings finally increasing in temperature and humidity it was amazing that not only did 30 people turn up to the class, but many danced every dance - for more than half the programme we had 3 sets up, for the 3 couple dances we had 4 sets - amazing. Well done to our amazing beginners who took every opportunity they could to dance - it's the only way to learn but I suspect many of us suffered the next morning- though it proves it's the best way to exercise because you have so much fun you don't want to stop. I am currently finalizing the printing of the table names etc. for the June Jamboree - if the weather stays just as it is then it'll be perfect, warm enough for those who want to watch but cool enough for the dancers to dance all night - and I promise it'll be a little less frantic than at class - can't wait!
