Another amazingly mild evening and a lovely temperature for dancing, cool but not completely freezing for those sitting out. Finally the floor is returning to a reasonable non-slip surface (with no-one having any idea why it turned into an ice rink for several weeks) and we had a great night with a smaller group allowing us to start grappling again with the intricacies of 'The Guests' as well as having another remarkably good attempt at the wonderful 6 couple square set dance, Iona Cross. In between these brain benders we enjoyed many less frantic dances with unabated enthusiasm - it was a super atmosphere. Of course we missed quite a few friends and yet again we were saying goodbye to more as they head for Christmas elsewhere but we know they'll be back and we look forward to a great Christmas Ceilidh in a couple of weeks time
