I am a very reluctant cook. Producing meals 2 or 3 times a day has never been my favorite activity, mainly because it usually interrupts something else that I enjoy more - however I decided when I arrived in the UK this time that I was going to take the bull by the horns and embrace the kitchen environment. It remains to be seen whether my enthusiasm will last but I admit to enjoying the experience more than I expected. I realize that one of the reasons I'm coping well is that I am not stressed by the amount of other things I'm trying to achieve, but, since one of the things that I enjoy doing is this website, and everything else surrounding the dancing in Paphos, even if I return to culinary reluctance hopefully it is worth it. In a couple of weeks I will be back, and I am really looking forward to some warmer weather ( it is quite literally freezing here) and the Christmas Ceilidh that I am starting to put my mind to, but in the meantime this week's dance programme is unchanged from last week's and next week you should be in the capable hands of Doug - fresh from Pantomime success. The society trip to the Panto is on Dec 7th - I really regret missing it, but I will be enjoying myself in Scotland I know and time is flying by . Jx
