So the first class is over and although we only had 18 people attending it was enough for 2 sets to try out and approve our brand new venue. This was our first experience of being able to dance in a nice cool room at this time of year. The very humid evenings we are having at the moment would have made it very uncomfortable without air-conditioning. The sound system was excellent and there were no slippery moments even though we danced Mairi's Wedding, and Postie's Jig with plenty of gusto, I can now breath again! Here are a few pictures to show how much we enjoyed ourselves. Hopefully those of you aren't back with us yet will join us soon we are all looking forward to seeing you.
