Devil's Elbow - Reel: a 'Class Dance' - don't try unless everyone else in the set knows it!
The Ring of Brodgar - Strathspey: it's slow - easy if you have a partner who knows it.
Waratah Weaver - Jig: very, very easy, one for everyone

Paisley Weavers - Strathspey: easy for dancers, but too complicated to learn if you don't dance.
