Forming a set; Hands round and back (aka a circle); Promenade hold; Casting (i.e dancing outside the set); Figures of 8 on the side; Slipping down the middle in 2 hand hold; Advance & Retire; Stepping up (moving neatly out of the way so someone can come into your place); Right Hand Turn; Do-Si-Do (AKA 'back-to-back'), Petronella Turns & set; Reels of 3

Strathspey travelling step

Figures of 8 on the side; Slipping down the middle in 2 hand hold; Stepping up (moving neatly out of the way so someone can come into your place); Right Hand Turn; Left Hand Turn; 2 hand turn; Reels of 3; Hands Across (AKA 'Teapots'); Grand Chain; Casting; 1/2 figure of 8; 1/2 rights & lefts.
